First Camping Trip of the summer
So we finally were able to load up our camper and head out for our first camping trip of '08. Normally we have a good two or three trips under our belts by now but this year it has just been kind of hectic. Even though the water was extremely low and turned while we were there and R got pink eye and the wind blew and kept us up when the men had to drive back into town to work the next day and we were camped next to lezfest '08...well we had a great time anyway. The worst part was after all that fun in the water and playing with her friend Curly our little Sally Mae had an appointment to get fixed on Monday. I have never seen a more pitiful puppy than she was when I brought her home. Today she is starting to become herself again and that makes keeping her calm so she doesn't rip open her stitches kind of hard.

That pink eye is running rampant this year. Both James and I had it! Poor baby dog, she looks pathetic.

I was told that pink eye is going around because of all the smoke in the air and then people rub their eyes alot. Sally is doing better but I think I might lower her pain med's so that she will stop running around.
Have you ever made "Dough Boys" while camping? It's an absolute must try!

I heard about Ricky's super human strength and how he grabbed Josh and kept him from flying out of the boat. Pretty cool stuff.
Kids...They grow up right under your nose when your not looking. Your little one is sooo darling. I am so excited for you and Becky.
