Yesterday a friend made me a cake
for my birthday. It was fabulous!!
She made me a simple white cake with
a cream cheese and lemon filling, just the
right amount of lemon I must say. It
was topped with a whipped cream frosting,
my favorite, then it also had these
crumbly crumb goodness on top of that.
To top it all off she placed some beautiful fresh
flowers right on top. I was so touched
that she went through all that just for me.

I don't think I will mind getting older
if I have this to look forward to!!
